Hello, I hope you can read english. We bought Roltrac R380 diesel in 2016. And this was a biggest mistake in my life.From the start of using we had problems, because Roltrac installed weak oil pump and the chainsaw didn´t have power. They replaced it for the more power oilpump in warranty. Then we were using it a few weeks without problem.The second problem was broken enginecooler, because siltenblock which caused the engine cooler to be broken. Third issue was damaged main oilpumpFourth issue was damaged oilpump from chainsawAll problems we had to pay from own capital, bause we got warranty one year. Now the machine the amount of chopping hours we have reached is 700 workinghours. I think Roltrac is the worst machine on market. It is not possible have 700workinghours with too many problems...
